Complete the Credit Application
Red Hot Fireworks requires a credit check due to the trust involved in this agreement. We must know you are a responsible person with an adequate repayment history. Download the form below.
Submit Your Application
Fax your completed credit application to (815) 550-9163 or email it to us. Locations are filled in the order credit approvals are received — submit early for your best choice.
Fill Out the Guaranty Form (If Applicable)
If the fundraiser will operate under a church or organization name — not just your own — complete the Guaranty Form. This protects you, your organization, and Red Hot Fireworks. Download it below.
Get Approved & Reserve Your Location
Our office will review and approve your application. Once approved, we put your location on hold for 5 days. Until a contract is signed, the location remains open to others.
Meet & Sign the Contract
Once approved, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to explain the program in full and complete the contract. The person who signs the contract must be the same person who completed the credit application and guaranty form.
Sell Fireworks & Collect Your Profits!
We set up the tent, stock the inventory, and insure the location. Your group sells fireworks and keeps the earnings. It's that simple.
